Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Carefully disassemble your furniture and place all components, hardware, and instructions back into the original manufacturer's boxing.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of each box, covering any previous shipping marks.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
